Visiting Non-Degree 

This link is for use by “Visiting Non-degree Seeking” students to setup an account. (Please see below for the Visiting HS Consent Form for Parents. )

Visiting students must comply with Molloy health and immunization policies that are announced on the University website and all catalog policies.

High school students entering their Senior year next/current Fall may attend but must be prepared to do University-level work. See below.

**Visiting Graduate Education students wishing to take Summer Institutes, TESOL Cohort, Education Technology or online courses must apply on the Professional Studies Tab** 

Use your full legal name, including your full middle name and correct SSN. Students without SSN’s may contact 516.323.4300 to request a tentative number needed to setup your account. 

After submitting your application, an email will be sent with additional instructions.. 

A second email is sent usually in one to two business days with your temporary username. New accounts use this temporary username and the password you requested to register for your course(s). 

Undergraduate Students

Winter/Summer

Students can notify the Registrar’s Office to be placed into any allowed courses beginning on April 13th. Full tuition payment is due the next business day or courses are subject to being dropped by Bursar.

Fall/Spring

Registrar’s Office will assist with registration after payment of a $400 Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit to the Bursar’s office @ 516-323-4100. Please notify the Registrar’s Office that payment was made to receive clearance @ 516.323.4300.

Graduate Students

Graduate students who are not matriculating submit this application to take graduate courses. All registrations must be approved by the appropriate Graduate Program Director of the School. Contact the School for approval. Registrar staff will place students into approved courses.

Winter/Summer

Approvals are done with Graduate Program Directors of the Schools. These courses must be paid in full the next business day after registration or courses are subject to being dropped by Bursar.

Fall/Spring

Approvals are done with Associate Division Deans after payment of $400 Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit to the Bursar’s Office @ 516.323.4100. After paying the deposit, contact the Registrar’s Office to be placed in approved courses @ 516.323.4300. 

Visiting Fanjeaux Students for Dominican Summer Study Abroad Program

Students not from Molloy must submit their information for a student account at Molloy. Students will be placed in a cross-listed course called History of France in the Middle Ages as HIS/ART/ENG 3390. Additional information or questions about this program are handled by Catherine Muscente, Vice President for Mission and Ministry, at 516.323.4710.

Visiting HS Non-Degree Students

Students still in High School wishing to attend University courses may submit a request for an account on the Visiting Non-degree link. The student must identify themselves as High School students to the Registrar’s Office and submit the Visiting HS Non-degree Registration form with Parent’s signature to register. High school students entering or currently in their Senior year may attend and should be prepared to handle University-level work. Families should verify with future prospective institutions concerning transfer credit policies and acceptable grades. A Visiting High School Tuition Discount for ½ University tuition is available. There is a limit of one course per semester. Beyond the reduced tuition, additional University enrollment fees including any course fees are billed at full price. Contact the Registrar’s Office at 516.323.4300 or registration@molloy.edu to submit the Visiting HS Non-degree Registration form with parental signature and course request.

Visiting Nursing Doctoral Students-Register for 1 credit 600/6000 level courses

Summer

Doctoral Students may submit this application. Students can be approved into a course by the Program Director of the school. Full tuition payment is due the next business day or courses are subject to being dropped by Bursar.

Fall/Spring

Students may submit this application and must pay a $400 Semester Deposit to the Bursar’s office @ 516-323-4100. Please notify the Registrar’s Office that payment was made to receive clearance to register online @ 516.323.4300.

Refunds: Non-refundable Tuition Deposits will not be refunded. Deadlines for tuition due dates are available in the Academic Calendar and through the Bursar’s Office.
