Get help using 'Account Management and Important messages'

Accepted students 

Welcome to Molloy University!! 

If you have already made your Confirmation Deposit, please head to the "Confirmed, Current, and Returning Students" section below. 

Within 72 hours of acceptance to Molloy, you will receive an e-mail with a username for LionsDen. This username is typically your student ID number so keep it handy.

How to log in: 

  1. Once you have your username, enter it in the login box on the top right corner of this page and click "Login"
  2. Below the "Password" box click the link to "I forgot my password"
  3. Your email on file will be sent a password reset link.
  4. Follow the instructions received to create a password for LionsDen. 

Upon payment of your Confirmation Deposit, new credentials will be issued for your Molloy University @lions.molloy.edu e-mail account. Separate instructions will be sent to you at that time. 

Confirmed, Current, and Returning Students

Please log into Lion's Den using your Molloy username and password.
 
If you need to reset your password or have not set up your self-service account, visit the self-service website and follow the on-screen instructions. This service only works for students with an active @lions.molloy.edu email address.
 
This service functions for:
  • Confirmed Students: you have completed your Confirmation Deposit
  • Current Students: you are currently taking a course at Molloy
  • Returning Students: you have taken a course at Molloy in at least one of the last 2 long semesters (Fall or Spring) and have not withdrawn or graduated
 
The self-service website is the only supported method for resetting a forgotten password.

Alumni and non-current students

After graduation or withdrawal from the University, your login for LionsDen will change. It will revert back to your ID number as the username. You will need to complete a password reset.

How to log in: 

  1. Once you have your username, enter it in the login box on the top right corner of this page and click "Login"
  2. Below the "Password" box click the link to "I forgot my password"
  3. Your email on file will be sent a password reset link.
  4. Follow the instructions received to create a password for LionsDen.
