Description
This course focuses on the process of nursing administration through observation and participation in selected health care settings. Classroom seminars are utilized to assist and support each student in the process of professional development. Clarification of theoretical and empirical practices will be addressed. Practicums will be individualized for each student. Seminars will be arranged for group sharing, problem solving, and on-going evaluation. 15 lecture hours and 90 practicum hours per semester, student arranged.
