Description
This inclusive course for teacher candidates emphasizes various methods of instruction for diverse adolescent learners in the areas of the major literary genres. Instruction will focus specifically on poetic forms, short fiction, comedy, tragedy, and the novel. Methods of analysis of the styles and structures of each genre, effective teaching techniques of those methods, and remediations/enrichment approaches for student learners will be addressed for student centered and technology rich classrooms.
