Description
The goals of this course are to provide participants with the skills necessary to evaluate existing curriculum and revise it when applicable, and to design and develop innovative curriculum that will challenge students to pursue in-depth understanding of subject content. Interdisciplinary approaches to curriuculum design, incorporation of effective questioning techniques, strategies which foster critical thinking skills in students and the use of authentic forms of assessment will be important topics in this course.
