Description

Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of legal research. This will include an overview of various sources of legal information and documents such as digests, reporters, Shepard's and law review articles. Students will be required to prepare various legal documents such as case briefs, legal memoranda and an appellate brief. Prerequisite: CRJ 103 or permission of the Pre-law Advisor.
