A comprehensive study of the cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. The course will integrate the following areas: Hemodynamic monitoring, EKG's, principles of Advanced Cardiac Life Support and their application in Respiratory Care. A research project will be required for successful completion of the course. Prerequisite: RES 248.
