Description
(formerly PSY 262)
An introduction to the methods used by industrial/organizational psychologists to increase individual and organizational effectiveness. Topics include entry into the organization (recruitment and selection); organizational psychology (work motivation, job attitudes, leadership and organizational culture); and workplace productivity (performance appraisals, absenteeism and turnover). Prerequisites: PSY 111 and a Psychology elective.
