Description
Students will learn to recognize, assess and treat the acute injuries and illnesses involved with the physically active population. This course is one of a group of courses that will satisfy the New York State Coaches Certification. This course will include learning skills needed for First Aid, CPR and AED certification as well as provide students with the American Heart Association certification exam and card. This course will not satisfy the general education requirements for physical education.
