Description

Clinical Research Residency II facilitates translation of evidence-based findings into practice with positive outcomes for the population identified. Students will identify viable clinical innovations to change practice in a systematic manner. Focus will be placed on collaboration of interprofessional teams and the roles of the advanced practice nurse within this collaboration. Healthcare management systems theory including finance, economics, education as well as clinical research will be integrated into the project design. Pre- or corequisites: NUR 601, NUR 603,NUR 624, BUS 556, BUS 557.
