Description

This course is designed to explore and examine those administrative skills required in responding to today's complex health care environment. Concepts of health services leadership/management organizational design and redesign, strategic alliances, innovation and change and performance will be presented. The material will be discussed in light of personal and philosophical development. 30 lecture hours per semester.
