Description

(formerly The Bridge to the Modern World)
This course analyzes the political, economic, and social issues that have emerged in the Post-Cold War era. Seen in historical perspective, topics include ethnic and religious conflict, variations of globalization and regionalization, terrorism, the environment and security concerns. The United States? role in the world today will also be examined. Honors Program students only.
