Description
A participative exploration of the fundamentals of college life and the requirements a student is expected to meet in order to complete successfully the first year of studies. Topics treated will include, but not be limited to library use, course planning and registration, scheduling procedures and time management. The course follows a seminar format. Problem solving and decision-making strategies are incorporated into the sessions. Students who do not pass this course must repeat it. (Not required for transfer students with 30 or more transfer credits)
