Description
A course designed to attack basic problems in formal writing and to introduce formal paragraphing and essay writing. A prerequisite for ENG 110 for students whose SAT Writing Subscore is below a 26 or ACT Wrtiing Subscore is below and 8. To "pass" the course, a grade of "D" or better is required. This course is waived for students who transfer in ENG 110. (Course does not satisfy general education requiremen and may not be taken for a Pass/Fail grade.)
