Description
In this course, pre-service teachers are invited to explore how selected mythological themes are employed in modern films, novels and short stories to teach social concerns. The techniques, approaches, and impact of the genres are analyzed, synthesized, compared, and contrasted, with particular emphasis on how the adolescent diverse learner experiences and learns from these genres. Technology components are addressed as an applicable strategy for instructions.
