Description

This course is designed to develop a knowledge base of the autistic spectrum and to enable teachers and teacher candidates to match methodology to the needs of the student with autism or asperger syndrome. Teachers and teacher candidates will be prepared to focus on the social, psychological and academic needs of the student with autism or asperger syndrome in an inclusive elementary or secondary program.
