Description
Student teachers are required to follow a full-time teaching schedule in an elementary school under the direct supervision of cooperating teacher from the field, a special education teacher and a college supervisor. This full-time field experience will be in grades 1-3 in special education settings. During this student teaching experience, student teachers will utilize video taping, journaling, and portfolioing techniques to promote reflective practices.
