Description

This is a course about gathering, analyzing and interpreting data about markets and customers. Over the last decade there has been an explosion in the quantity and quality of data available for market analysis, rapid advancements in technology and increased emphasis on customer relationship management throughout the company. Today?s firms are flatter organizations, relying on decentralized and entrepreneurial decision making to help maintain business growth in a competitive global environment. This course is designed to help students become more effective marketing decision makers by providing the concepts, the tools and the opportunity to use them. Prerequisites: BUS 510.
