Description
This course focuses on the process by which managers sense and respond to change. Emphasis is on both the natural, emergent dynamics and the change that results from consciously set goals and planned interventions. Topics include organizational assessment and diagnosis and strategies for organizational change that increase organizational effectiveness and enhance organizational choice and self-renewal.
